Our Strength and Conditioning classes are designed for everyone aged 14-99. Each class consists of a warm-up, strength or skill segment, and ends with a high-intensity workout of the day. Each workout is scaled (or modified) with the help of the coach to suit the individual needs of each athlete, taking into account each member's experience, fitness level and injuries.
Foundations, Kickstart, or previous experience with CrossFit is required before joining these classes.
Are you new to functional training? Here is one way to start getting ready for our group Strength and Conditioning classes. Our Foundations Program includes 3 x 1 hour one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches to get you started. We will teach you the fundamental movements and have you complete a short workout at the end of every session. After your 3 sessions are complete, you will be prepared to register for one of our monthly membership packages for group training, or continue with a personal training package.
Our Kickstart program runs in 6-8 week sessions for ages 14+. This high-energy bootcamp-style program will get your heart pumping in a fun, non-threatening environment. Participants will be introduced to our foundational movements, and will learn how to move safely and efficiently.
The classes are designed to be as inclusive as possible - open to all fitness levels, body types and those beginning their health journey. Learn how truly capable you are by being motivated and supported by the group, and sometimes pushed out of your comfort zone (in a good way!)
Designed for youth aged 5-13 who are involved in competitive sports wanting to improve their strength, stamina, agility and coordination in the off-season. No previous strength and conditioning experience required. We will use ladder drills, box jumps, kettle bells, dumb bells, slam balls, games and whatever else our imagination can come up with to create fun and interesting workouts.
Classes are divided into two age groups: 5-8 years and 8-13 years.
