This is one way to get started. It includes 3 one-on-one sessions to teach you the basic movement and learn how to scale the workouts.
After your 3 sessions are complete, the remainder of the month includes unlimited classes.
Cost: $200, plus HST - Special Price
Unlimited Strength and Conditioning, and Metcon classes, plus Strongman, Express Core, and Yoga (seasonal). Foundations or previous CrossFit experience necessary.
$150/month, plus HST
8 Strength and Conditioning and Metcon classes, plus Strongman and Yoga (seasonal). Valid for 1 month.
$110/month, plus HST
20 class pack is valid for 6 months. Foundations or previous CrossFit experience is necessary for Strength and Conditioning classes.
$300, plus HST/valid for 6 months
This program is run in sessions: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer.

We welcome drop-ins from other gyms to our classes. CrossFit, or similar experience, is necessary for our Strength and Conditioning classes.
