This is one way to get started. It includes 3 one-on-one sessions to teach you the basic movement and learn how to scale the workouts.
After your 3 sessions are complete, you can jump right into our our group classes, or continue on with personal training.

Unlimited Strength and Conditioning, and Metcon classes, plus Strongman, Express Core, and Yoga (seasonal). Foundations or previous CrossFit experience necessary.

We welcome drop-ins from other gyms to our classes. CrossFit, or similar experience, is necessary for our Strength and Conditioning classes.
