The NO SWEAT INTRO is your first step. Your first session will be with Coach Dan, to discuss your wants, needs and goals by joining us at BSC. During your one-on-one intro with Dan at BSC, we'll tour the facility and amenities and discuss next steps!
Our No Sweat Intro (formerly Foundations) includes 3 x 1 hour one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches. We will teach you the fundamental movements and have you complete a short workout at the end of every session. After your 3 sessions are complete, you will be prepared to register for one of our monthly membership packages for group training, or continue with a personal training package.
Once your one-on-one sessions are complete, understanding your individual goals, you're welcome to complete the following three sessions with a friend!
You'll create an account with Zen Planner - our online booking tool. Add the app to your mobile device, and pre-book classes that work within your schedule. Our coaches will ensure that your sessions are scaled (adapted to your needs and requirements) as you get stronger and become more comfortable with the exercises. We recognize that each individuals have their own pace to build and learn, and we'll be with you every step of the way.
